But Jeff Myers knows a good finance partner. And they state clearly that the IRR easily meets the financiers requirements, plus gives them royalties, engineering fees and a carried interest. It is the process that an EPC contract has to go through, but they are telling us it is a foregone conclusion.
I expect Stonepeak has been shown all of this but now some boxes need to be ticked to sign off on them financing the whole project. Hence Jeff Myers is the one who has been working day and night on this for the last six months.
