Thank you for that profound explanation that has bothered me for years! If I don't as I remain in the dark.
"The higher the cut off grade the lower the Ore Reserves will become and viz versa"
This is where I know for sure sneaky folks will attempt to mislead especially in the Spec sector to get some headline large ore Reserve in the inferred phase of the development by reducing the cut off grade.
@taboon, I am using a weekly TF to get a bigger perspective. Which part of that is a down trend? I think you are confusing a bear swing from a bullish trend.
Go flip a SP500 weekly chart and see how many attempts bears tried to stomp on that bullish trend since 2015. and it continue to break the top and keep going. I am comparing apples to oranges here but I am just demonstrating a bull trend do not just get a side kick and it collapse to the floor.
This support I have drawn is a key level and there is always a chance that it will break into a waterfall but what is the probability of that happening in the context of fundamentals and a bull trend? I am so tempted to have another go at averaging up but I am falling victim of the retail mentality that the stock is running away and I am buying premium. I had the same sentiment and found the courage to accumulate continuously but like I have posted these averaging up is getting crazy!
