I work in this building and can tell you that the view from level 45 is awesome, if you go to level 46 there is a staircase that goes to Alan Bonds old Penthouse. With the Bank vacating the premises to relocate into their newly purposely built building down at Raine Square the complex owner have been on the hunt for new tenants to fill the some 30 floors that are soon to be vacated so imo Global Metals must of got in on the cheap. Yes definatley a prime location and a nice office location should Global Metals are to host their globall clients hahaha. Change of director, change of name and change of address GNI is one to look out for in 2012.
