    I agree, the CR is not to expedite a significantly positive event. If you may indulge me, why would SI's continue to fund this thing. As you say there is no money to be made and low's are getting lower. Anyone in their right mind wouldn't go near this.

    Another question, if SI's aren't in the know, why the biggest trading day for the company in 2 years, just happen to fall on the last date of eligibility for the SPP. Hmmmmm
