Every capital raising thus far has produced a lower stock price. This capital raising is not to expedite a significantly positive event. It's to keep the company solvent and pay it's management and staff. The stock price will react the same as it has after every previous capital raising. Fall to lower lows. I refute this nonsense of S.I's in the know. Nobody is in the know.

Capital raisings only work....... firstly if there's only a couple and the money is used to bring forward a significant event. Consequently the stock price rises after this event which is sometimes a company maker. OBL have no form of income. No where near to producing any form of income. Presently this company is a robust cash burning operation. Just like the major banks are money making machines OBL is to the absolute contrary. And management want more.

The management do not know if OBL will be successful or not. It's not possible. The gas and oil exploration business is the hardest and most complex game on the ASX. You do not know if any well will produce at commercial rates or for how long until after it has. The seismic is no guarantee it is only a guide to what is potentially possible.

Suggesting that a Director who bought 100K worth of shares at 2 cents a share as a positive is a nonsense. Anybody who buys shares in a company believes that the price is good value and most importantly that the price will be increasing in value in the short or at least mid term. This Director made a decision on what he believed was good value. The current price is 0.7c . This director could have bought more than double the amount of shares right now. This is clear evidence that this director does not know what the future holds for OBL. If he did he would not have wasted all that money.
