Have you ever thought for one minute that the company doesn't care if anyone participates in the SPP. All the nervous nellies will stay away because the SP has dipped below the SPP price, but the ones in the know will get their allocation and be the happier for it.

It isn't the first time this has been done before by a company on the cusp of a re-rate. By the way have any of you spoken to management?

All this talk of T/O etc etc, c'mon. I'll give you this, management aren't stupid. They know what they can get and have obviously have weighed up the situation. Don't you think management knew that a decision wouldn't be made on the 18th, or at least 2 weeks after. That's why in my opinion they announced the SPP. It will be closed before a decision is handed down. Those in the know will take up their allocation and everyone else won't. There won't be 238 millions shares issued mark my words but those who got in will be happy.
