Confidence doesn't pay the bills though and there is no guarantee there will be a ruling before the SPP closes given the written arguments will be submitted 5 days before it closes.
Also if the justice wasn't buying their verbal arguments, how confident do they have a right to be?
I guess they'd also lose their salaries if someone did a TO too so that's unlikely to happen either. Gosh it will be nice to have ownership of Derby cleared up though. Next year should be an exciting one for whoever has equity in it.
