LB this RI is different to the last one because this time around they have stated in writing NMDC participation unlike the last one. Worst case scenario will be if no one participates and NMDC do resulting an increasing stake in LCY to 70% or there about and approx 12.5 mill in the kitty. Best case scenario is RI is very well supported either by existing holders or an undewriter. IF LCY can mange to secure an underwriter then I think the market may react positively.
