Hey Zed;
if you think raising 12.5 or 25 million as successful that is your prerogative, but I view anything less than a 90% take up of the offer as a failure.
The reason I do so is that if 90% isn't taken up then I deem management to have failed to run the company properly & in a manner that gives shareholders confidence & or reason to invest further money.
