Z, you would have thought that after NMDC committed to support this issue , that they would have approached the balance of the Top 20 for a positive pledge and then had the balance underwritten.
It probably would have avoided the plunge in SP, and that has IMO almost made this fund raising effort almost impossible.
I agree with the statement made by one of your shareholders, That you are playing into the hands of NMDC to pick up your stock for next to nothing, i.e. assuming the authorities allow this to happen.
