Does NDO have an oil refinery as it's primary business?...which is the reason BCP imo will drop the long shot exploration licences to concentrate on stuff that will provide a feed to their refinery.
If you want an example of what a wildcat discovery in a long shot exploration licence can do for the sp, have a gander at what happened to CVN recently. This is why investors hold junior E&P stocks.
