"The Company future plans for the next 12 months is to primarily focus on generating cashflow from its
producing assets. Desiree was recently placed on jet pump producing at 390 bbls oil per day and
collectively with existing production from D&L#3 and Abita and future likely production from West
Klondike the Company is anticipating monthly net revenue to grow to $450,000 (annual est of $5.4m).
The Company is also anticipating to spud the follow up development well at Napoleonville, Louise, prior
to end of this calendar year.
In addition the Company with its partners will focus on the development of additional low risk
development opportunities at the Napoleonville Field.
