    Im no lawyer, but what makes you think that the abbott exploration case was the turning point? I seriously don't understand how BOPL can get away with not paying, with the OBL shareholders doing all the lifting for REY to pick it up at virtually nothing. I'm more interested to see how BRU walking away will impact the SAT decision.
