I really think Neil and Kim are just milking this for their salaries for the next 2 years before they retire when the company goes belly up. Either that or they are just setting it up for a takeover at 1 cent. No court case has ever really gone in OBL's favour, as they have always led to more appeals and no benefit to the SP from any decision. The SAT case will be no different. Yes we will get the money from OXX but the wages will suck this up before anything is ever achieved at DERBY. The whole situation just really sucks.
