So that's a no then, you can't articulate a rational position and you acknowledge Speculator is most likely correct in his reading given you cannot formulate a cogent argument. Ok.
That link just says the same thing every company says "we're looking for a farm out to try and progress things in 2015" if doesn't change the fact they're modifying and delaying their work commitments which you can't really spin.
