Can I offer one piece of advice,if ya gunna kick a stock in the slats,can you at least do some research before making a complete fool of ya self.
Some rudimentary research on your part may have come up with a different outcome.
There's every possibility of two wells been drilled next year(2015).

The Gippsland assets IMHO are far from pipe dream stuff.
We should get some idea of what they are worth when we sell the Shelf oil company,probably first quarter next year.

Frivolous and vexatious court cases are a tool to weaken the strong to others advantage.
We are playing for sheep stations IMHO,our adversaries know this and are playing the game .
