    Very, painful. Why bother even giving a date if you are going to break it, what is this the third time now? This must be the most complex piece of legal documentation ever produced, I look forward to reading it on the shi!!er. Even REY must be looking at that timeline and wondering if the 100k's worth of lawyer fees is worth it. Wonder if they will walk away? At least the sell side is still thin for OBL...
