I read the announcement as meaning that there are impediments in the process of paving the way.
P1 seems to have recently done something that TTV does not like. It may be some new P1 deals that were announced by GCN yesterday.
With the simultaneous departure of the CEO, my guess is that directors of TTV are seeing they must give matters due care and attention.
