re: Ann: Delivers Strong Growth and Record Fi... if you can consolidate (acquire) at a lower ebita multiple than you trade for then acquisitions will result in a share price accretion for the acquirer -then if you can acquire regularly you get a growth p/e multiple on top so you get a virtuous cycle and need less dilution for the incremental acquisition
