Well done on the sale however realistically for a smale scale company / mine like this I can not see any remote possibility that the Chinese won't approve it.

I do not think there is anything untoward here, just delays with regulators. I would imagine that it will be sorted out within weeks and the deal will go through.

This is still a good deal for U&D and I don't expect any issues with the takeover. If anything I may consider buying at 35c for the arbitrage opportunity.
