People are going to get so scared off by this sell, however think of it like this...

RIM has dumped just a couple of days after the Chinese approval was delayed. He probably factored in the date of final settlement when organising to enter another company. He now is in the position where he needs these funds ASAP to pay for the new entry.

Thats how it seems to me anyway. IMHO I think the approval will still go through. The Chinese want coal! and if a chinese company controls the coal, even better for them!
