Some positives to come out of this announcement:

- First joint CCE/LLC project outside Western Australia.

- Builds on CCE's growing portfolio of military projects.

- First project in Northern Territory, which lags behind other states in renewable energy.

- Further proof that they are capable of delivering projects in remote locations.

Some negatives:

- We don't know how much income we will be getting before it is finished.

- Some shadows on a few of the panels late in the afternoon.
