You must be shorting the stock LOL. There is always a couple posters who try to be negative to drive the weaker Share holders to sell so they can but cheap shares.
As for the NB future price used in the DFS, The spot price for NB when production would begin would surely be at $41 per KG it is projected by several countries to grow at a minimum of 4 % per year over the next 7 years , Plus the metals market is in a rally and the Bear market is long over. All charts show Mining has turned the corner to the upside. Niocorp used $45 per KG in their PFS so I feel $41 was lower than I expected them to use.
