Mr Jason Brewer, a non-executive Director of the Company (BMZ, IGS), is also Chief Executive Officer of African Phosphate. Subject to the Transaction proceeding, Mr Brewer is defined as a “related party” under Chapter 10 of the ASX Listing Rules.
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Julian Ford is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Mr Steve Brockhurst to be appointed as Company Secretary. Mr Peter Landau, an Executive Director of the Company and Ms Jane Flegg, Company Secretary(Also IGS ) have both advised that they will resign from their positions with the Company as part of the transaction.
