JW, it does sound like you know these guys extremely well ..... much better than me.
I'm sure that there is a perfectly good reason as to why the key exploration guy, who's been with the company since day dot, leaves the role 3 months before the very final reserve announcement for their single project, just as everything he's been working towards comes to fruition. That change may have absolutely nothing to do with the success of recent exploration and nothing to do with inter-company relationships.
And I'm sure Michael Martin is a very competent guy..... but that's not really my point here.
