While looking for this old post of mine I noticed there were quite a few folks who shared similar views that Karlawinda (Bibra/K3/Francopan and??) looked positive in 2016....still does IMO with a dose of caution as evidenced by the market over the last two years.
As a former exploration geo I am almost amazed at how consistent the mineralisation appears on this section. Since it mirrors Havana Deeps at Tropicana in some ways I'm not totally amazed as this style of mineralisation, for some reason, just seems to be 'locally' continuous and predictable. Whether it can be mined underground (3-800m) remains to be seen.
Higher in the hole it intersected granite and ultramafics which can have some significance for gold mineralisation. The support of the WA government grant probably means this hole was drilled and valuable information returned.
If CMM can get cash flow going from a mine at Bibra, the POG stays positive then IMO the fundamentals suggest a mining region with multi million ounce gold potential from cash flow generated exploration. Big IFs....
