If you look at what they are proposing to keep (Butre - Ghana), no activities were undertaken on this site and the company only holds a prospecting licence. Back in 2013 the company even looked into selling off the Ghanaian assets.
Losing Otjozondu is a real shame, given the effort and funds loaded into this project. I suspect the share sale agreement will not yield much for existing investors.
Either way, I only hope that the Deed Administrators will provide further detail in the near future. Only then will we be able to judge the standard of their work.
