Luckysmile, my understanding is that the Company which is to own what's left of PLA (African Thunder) will issue shares equivalent to 15.5% of its total issued capital. 13.5% goes to Macquarie Bank.

The remaining 2% is to be issued (at the discretion of the administrators) to unsecured creditors and PLA shareholders.

I'm not counting on getting anything back: I'd just like to be able to write the whole thing off rather than wait another two years for very little, if anything.
