Only someone with huge holding that does not have to pay brokerage on the piddly parcel would sell $40 freakin $s worth just to keep to price down to .035. This is how they piss off the weak hands and then in true suck style they vaccum up the stock cheaper. No loss on brokerage, they make it back the next time they sell. Pr@#$cks!
