The rise in oil price is one thing and a great thing.
But these guys need to get a drill in the new prospective wells. The market is forward looking and potential new wells via drilling the existing targets needs to happen ASAP.
They did say this would happen in the 3rd quarter this ear. Why so far away? Shoukd be sooner. Roll the dice.
