On that basis its still $0.65 cps as "Fair Value", but you have to wait for the earnings to develop.

I also said later that from a more current perspective
" if you accept the logic for say 22.5% RoE then our 37.5cps roughly share price beginning July 2017 becomes approx 46cps for end June 2018. I'm OK with that. Lot's of moving parts in FY18"

Since my dataset was based from Jan 1, 2018 onwards .... nothing has changed for me other than COE is delivering as they have promised so far and we are now close to the risky part of drilling.
