Still not sure NOV will need to do a CR?
Had over $4.0m in the bank last quarterly, very close to cashflow break even, and have stated that the restricted banking licence will cost around $3.0m over a period of time.
Looking through their 30 June 2018 numbers, their revenue was $6.36m, and transaction revenue was only $1.8m of this.
They are now saying that transaction revenue is currently in excess of $4.0m pa.
Surely that means that their market cap is now less that 3 x revenue - which makes this a buy in my mind.
Still not sure NOV will need to do a CR? Had over $4.0m in the...
