Very simple for me, I will be voting no.
Even with the board trying hard to push shareholders in to voting yes, the company is on the cusp of returning to what it once was 6 years ago.
Is there still risk, oh yeah! But then... the upside will be massively reduced if the T/O occurs. GPL get all the upside.
All my opinion of course.
