Very poor communication to shareholders. No guidance, no commentary to give us a sense of optimism. Now they have no convenient excuses (ie the shaft is now complete) they can't blame that as an excuse for a mediocre performance they become deathly silent on future prospects. So, that is all we get until late July. Year after year the sholders (owners) don't get a brass razoo. Workers get paychecks (fair enough) management and Directors get remunerated and get pats on the back for being civic minded and that is it! Really, really really cheesed!
