The quarterly isn't as terrible as people are making it out to be. Yes, it appears as though it was written quickly, or more so not proof read by someone who speaks native English, but that doesn't mean the information can be disregarded. It is a legal document. And it takes time for products to move into mass production. Ordering 100 batteries would not be to sell units, it would be to test those units thoroughly before committing to large scale orders.
The battery space is hugely competitive, and there are new technologies coming out constantly, but getting them from concept to development to mass production and adoption takes years.
