Hi android. Best way to answer you is perhaps think the logic. We have had a bankruptcy date given by xstate which was last week, and no further announcement from xstate.

2 outcomes are possible.

1. Bankruptcy happened. Which logically would have an announcement from xstate. They did announce a specific date on the asx so there would be a requirement to announce the result.

2. No bankruptcy. Which means a form of negotiation took place.
