D Day for Hong. Formal Bankrupcy application to be lodged in the Singapore courts. Will be watching with interest how this plays out. Once bankrupt, he has 21 days to list his assets and debts. He must surrender any assets and have them sold to pay his creditors. I would love to know what this guy is worth (if anything). He's been paying his legal team a fair bit one would have to assume.
