xstate wants to finish off two things this quarter.. so we have a touch over 30 days left for this if its going as scheduled

on oil acquisitions the board is looking at new opportunities

The Board and Management has continued to actively seek to identify and evaluate further asset opportunities that meet Xstate’s investment criteria and are capable of being delivered in a timely manner.

its also looking at alliances that can deliver quality projects

Both parties are currently reviewing and working on potential asset acquisition targets that deliver immediate cash flow and near term upside.

on legals, obviously hongs matter is coming to its finality from a position of asking for settlement to just taking the assets from him. so time is running out for a settlement for him imho

the company continues to preserve its rights and hong has around 7 days left

Further, on 25 January 2019, Xstate has commenced bankruptcy proceedings against Hong. A hearing has been scheduled for 28 February 2019
