So you are suggesting that the board thinks it's in the shareholders best interest to have ceased legal proceedings with her and she then has, as part of that agreement, rights to invest in other xstate ventures. which would be illegal.. But you have no proof but you spread this garbage none the less... Lol

You know I'm more interested in the reality of xstates position where it's alliances with Hillcrest as a reality.. and that's where you will find they are going to perhaps get a favourable acquisition going if at all possible...
