as i had said on other posts, the mortgage would be a consideration, and we have locked the remaining equity with a WSS. then at the point of bankruptcy any parties on the title have claim to their vested interest.. be it 25% or maybe a bit more..
you dont issue bankruptcy processes unless you are pretty certain your getting a result..
