While the placement won't be enough to cover the entire $2.5mill spend commitment (within a couple of years) to earn the extra 41% of Chuscal, it'll be sufficient to get things underway. Nick Winer will know exactly where to put down a couple of holes with the cash we'll have available and inturn raise any further funds at much higher rates or perhaps attract another company to the table......if RMB sign off on deferring the payment (which is looking highly likely now) then this changes the game massively.

Essentially the market is ascribing an EV of around $1mill......lol!!! That's crazy considering the permitting of Miraflores is well advanced now and Tesorito/Chuscal could potentialy multiply the resource figures ten fold. 

$2.25mill MC sitting on a project potentially worth 100-1000++ times that.......Dan Harrington used a play he called "Rope a Dope" during poker tournaments ie. create a perception of weakness and then use that weakness to your advantage.......same goes here, the current range is not a reflection of the company's value, it's a reflection of the markets perception, there are bigger players creating this perception and will take advantage of anyone willing to sell down at these levels. Once the sellers and onlookers realise this it'll be too late as the SP and opportunity will vanish swiftly......400% from here is still only $10mill MC.......5c is still only $50mill and that'll seem cheap should we hit decent grades at Chuscal and Anglo come back to the table with the cheque book. 

I get the negative sentiment, but this is a very different company now and that's the only thing holding this back......but for how long?
