I was worried about that too. It’s also for R&D rather than manufacturing. The upside is they of course get 45% of that back (but not until end of 2019).
The volumes of trades have been too small for a sell down - it’s just rampant manipulation. The positive out of that is that someone looks like trying to keep the SP down.
So the question is, is additional funding going to be a CR or partnering arrangement?
