Well, depends on why you're looking on, Stormer. I've been here (ECU) for 9 years, averaging down. It's a teaser, this venture..... niche market in Australia. Needed in Chile, too, but they probably have a smaller energy market, so East Coast Oz is the deal. I'm only a small holder, but this team have proved themselves in the past, so I'm looking for it to prove itself soon with this new trial. If OK, the price has to rocket! ($28M m/c at present, with $10M cash). However, I'm just as puzzled as you about the seller/s. Maybe a pension mode SMSF has to get cash to pay out compulsory 6%, for example..... had all their eggs in one basket. Cheers, Japes.
