I agree with your view re Aust rollout.
I think YOW was smart in the way they re-introduced Yowie to Aust mkt.
YOW used an existing distributor, they contributed a small amount $ to mktg, they did not need to establish their own dist network and customers. They got paid Upfront by the distributor. The distributor took possession at the US wharf. Sure, not 100% perfect, but pretty good, and growing mkt really well.
YOW used the exisiting manufacturing process, and I think, they used same chocolate? so only needed to change packaging. Economies of scale.
I think they are doing the same thing in Canada.
And they will do same in UK
