I know we disagree on the CR issue, but i guarantee that if they can satisfy the conditions of a bank loan, they will lean towards offering shareholders who want to participate, the opportunity of earning good returns on their allotment - rather than line the pockets of a bank, and all its restrictions.
They arent a big multinational multi-mine mining company (in which case a loan might make more sense). Im not debating who is right (purely risk preference) im just saying what will happen..
