lucky
the most astonishing thing is that these high wealth individuals did not do their home work on sanston, being extremely wealthy and part of the wealthiest families in asia and being advised by a former bankrupt at sanston is perhaps a reason for the complication and uncertainty ?? who knows??
i agree with you that its unlikely they will all de camp and leave singapore and evade the court processes, but the severe damage of bankruptcy and publicity of notices in papers during all these processes added to the problem of keeping a businesses reputation intact whilst refusing to settle with xstate, is really staggering..
clifford chance will go full throttle now, they cannot advise anything else.. singapore enforcement processes are swift and severe
