That all sounds feasible auto and nice to see you back on board.
To me the biggest risk to the share price is the unknown, the market reaction to a large aquisition, thats where it's a leap of faith as a shareholder that management will make the right call spending the large cash pile on an acquisition that will immediately increase the value of MGX.
They sure as hell cant be accused of rushing into anything.
