wow... afaik the fear with AIS was the FULLY DILUTED registry scenario which now seems to be drastically reduced from 934.1m to just 467.0m -
Total Debt was $84.1m which now stands at $49.2m - a massive reduction of $ 34.9m
And the icing on the cake is that the Copper Price Participation Agreement is now gone. So if Copper price go above $8K / ton, we get the full advantage of it and it will not be shared now.
I request someone (@rocket973 @Scythevex ) to please confirm this... at first read, this restructure looks great and the true potential of AIS can now be realised - mainly with the less number of SOI now to happen...
should make for a good 2018 and beyond!!! was waiting for a very long time to top up and I think that may soon happen now with the clarity around debt
