In this case its not hindsight at all. Its all there for you to see. My opinon only of course and its up to you to decide to disagree or agree. I feel all the positives of this announcement have been highlighted by everyone else, but people should not be blindfolded by only the positives.

It seems like theres little point in discussing any negative sentiments or highlighting any concerns towards any companies because people want share price to get higher.

I dont get it. I can and will continue to own undervalued shares but at the same time criticise management if i see them doing something wrong.

If like you said sell out and move on, whats the point of any discussion?
