I don't think so. They released some results that were partially conclusive. I.e the easy hit didn't work.
They certainly haven't properly tested the target.s
The new focus is also an easy hit so they've going for that. what's more the fist results of the satellite looks good so far.
It's all about bang for you buck and they've got precious few of the latter.
